Joel Coen will direct the film "Jack of Spades," with Josh O'Connor set to play the lead role.

Details about the plot have not yet been revealed. Filming is expected to begin this summer in Scotland.

This will be Joel Coen's second consecutive film made without his brother Ethan. Previously, the director independently helmed "The Tragedy of Macbeth."
