And they may feel even more uncomfortable
This practice is medicine We hold so much in our physical bodies and in our hearts and when we move through it and listen to it we can lean in and go through it Thank you for showing up for you, for me, for everyone and for god Your change is coming get excited In the meantime love yourself through it and others that ride along side or have another stop We are all reflections of love
