The question of Internet speed. There is an ADSL ROUTER DSL-2640U modem connected via a telephone line. The rate is 6 Mbit/s. If I understood correctly, 1 Mbit/s = 1000 kbit/s, respectively, 6 Mbit/s should equal 6000 kbit/s... do I understand correctly that this should be the download speed (if the network and other computers allow it)?

At the same time, the maximum download speed of the torrent does not exceed 600 kbit/s... the modem seems to support up to 100 Mbit/s, the network and torrent settings do not give anything (the values are not limited), other downloads (not via torrent) also go at a maximum speed of 600 kbit/s... Actually, the question is: is it possible to achieve higher speeds on this equipment and with such a connection scheme? or do I understand something wrong and 600 kbit/s is the limit on such a tariff?

There is a problem with the fan (above the processor). Sometimes, when you turn on the computer, the OS does not start immediately, 1 long signal and 4 short ones are heard, after which the inscription CPU FAN ERROR appears. Sometimes this happens the first time you turn it on, sometimes the next time. I tried reconnecting the fan to the same CPU slot, the problem persists.
